Say it's announced an asteroid will hit and we will all die in two weeks. How would humanity react?

honestly
people would go down pretty stoically in my opinion
every heard account of planes that were heading to an assumed crash/death for all?
no screaming, no hysteria - when the actual expectation is death - all the passengers are quiet and just hold hands with loved ones srs
there has been many accounts of this from survivors of plane wrecks or ones where they saved the plane at the end and didnt crash
always thought it was interesting...theres usually ZERO screaming

I think the degeneracy, depression, and craziness would be absolutely out of this world.
We live in a world where a lot of people’s happiness comes from online social media. Their entire purpose in life comes from online.
Now all of a sudden that stuff has absolute zero meaning and they have no friends and family that they’re close with to enjoy their final moments.

Black people would all have the newest Jordan’s, long with the highest end of car audio equipment available they can get their hands on.
Whites and many other races would gather non perishables and firearms. Some blacks would as well they’d still be a minority. If things hit so bad every man had to fend for himself things would get ugly fast. In a poetic type of way tho. This body holding me, be my reminder here that I am not alone.
Makes me feel eternal, all this Pain is an Illusion.
