Hey guys, hope your well and safe. I have been working out for almost 2 years now and have been doing the Chest/Tri, Back/Bi/ Shoulders / Legs split. After shifting from beginner phase to low intermediate, I decided to add arms day to my split too. Pretty much after a rest day I do Chest/Triceps, Arms, Shoulders, Back and Biceps. After back day i always take a rest day because my CNS gets burnt out after back days. Also I do legs maybe twice or three times per month mostly because of the fact that my daily work works my legs a lot (or maybe because i literally hate leg day. ik im beta), so now I kind of replaced it with arms. I also don't really care about the whole "you have to hit your muscle twice per week" because I hit Chest Shoulders and Back really hard except for biceps triceps which is why I decided to add arms day. My worry is that after Chest and Triceps day, my triceps feel a little sore on arms day, but I can still work it even heavy stuff. My question is, Is this split order correct? Or do I have to rearrange it because I hit triceps doing chest then triceps on chest/triceps day, then triceps again on arms day, then shoulder presses hit triceps too. Is this too much? Thanks! soz post too long to read zz also i have no idea why it says 51 years of age im literally 20

I guess chest/triceps, I focus on bench strength so I do 5x5 then some incline bodybuilding work, triceps full bodybuilding 12 max reps 3 exercises, arms day 4-5 exercises all supersets, back and biceps 5 back 3 biceps bodybuilding stuff (what i mean by bodybuilding stuff is I pick a weight where i start struggling around 8th rep and have to complete 12) shoulders I do 2 exercises each head and 2 traps at the end. I know that might not answer exactly what you said but yea.
