FCC opens up 3.5 GHz band in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa

The FCC has made the 3.5 GHz band (3550-3700 MHz) available to a number of operators for 5G and mobile services. The actions will make certain commercial deployments possible for the first time in Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa.
