PC Peripherals Need Help: No Signal (Display) issue, Ryzen build

Based off what you've said, it does seem that the mobo is the culprit - with the keyboard being the biggest giveaway as you've rightly observed. If possible, try using your chip in another system (a shop or a friend's compatible pc) to see if it worka there.

I have changed HDMI cables, tested with different monitors, DVI cable but no display. Removed CMOS, reseated all components again but nothing worked.
All Case, CPU fans works fine, there is no diagnostic LEDs on board so don't know which component is failing. One thing I noticed that KB didn't work as I see RGB lights come first time and then goes off. Does this mean there is issue with board. I am confused whether its Motherboard problem or any other component is failing.

I had a client who had a similar issue, in his case it was the NVMe SSD not being plugged in properly but it could be with anything from bad USB or storage device drivers or a corrupted bios.
try these trouble shooting steps:
1) Remove all the USB devices( keyboard, mouse, etc), HDD, SSD and try powering it on and see if you can get any display output.
2) Flash (if possible using bios flashback) or switch to the second/backup bios (your mobo has dual bios) preferably by shorting the pins on the mobo or using a jumper.(refer your motherboard's user manual)


If step 1 fixes the issue then plug one device at a time to check which device is causing the issue, boot into windows without the device, plug it back in once inside windows, uninstall device from device manager and restart.
If step 2 fixes the issue, there's nothing else to do, you're all good to go.

1.5 years? Check for weak cmos battery.
My Asus behaves abruptly when on drained battery or even weak ones so first do a bios reset followed by replacing with a new battery.
Also, pr my exp. if your system is idle for months or yrs the cmos battery tends to drains faster but when system is in use daily/regularly, the battery lasts 3yrs. Juts my exp. with all the systems I had till date.

Some motherboards have a "bios flashback" function, in which you have to only connect the 24 pin power to mobo (no other components/power cables needed) and a USB drive (usually formatted to fat32) in a specific USB port and usually press a button to begin the process of bios flashing, which can take about 5-10 mins. Just search online if your motherboard supports this, and if so, there will probably be a YouTube guide for the same as well. Good luck!

Also, if you have removed CPU recently check the CPU pin once for any damage or paste; clean it & try once. Also check the SMPS separately.
