Only thing I worry about is a lack of long term testing of it, but those concerns are likely unwarranted.

This is where I'm at and I wonder each day if I'm just being stubborn and foolish. Likely so but still working from home and not doing a whole lot outside yet (if we haven't beaten a record for rain this spring I'd be surprised).
