Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan, who turned a year old on May 8, shared a video on her Instagram page and revealed that she suffered a slipped disc at the age of 19, which has restricted her movement. In the video, Ira spoke about the difficulties that she faced after suffering a slipped disc and also vowed to take up the one-month workout challenge. She captioned the video as, 'Happy Birthday to me! 4 weeks, 7 days a week, 25 minutes a day. Can I do it? No matter how I'm feeling emotionally. Can I do this for myself? #challenge'.
