Link doesn't work phaggot. Going to assume this is that frugal Grant guy who ran the YouTube channel and worked as a real estate agent before he moved out to Nevada or whatever in 2020.
But I always wondered if that guy was a fraud. Can a guy so young really be making 7 figures in commission in real estate? The wealth he showed off (the so called frugality) could be faked by a much poorer guy.
