People’s welfare schemes in T’gana will not be stopped: Sabitha Indra Reddy

Hyderabad: Telithana Minister of Education Sabitha Indra Reddy said the Telangana state has become a model state in the country in terms of people’s welfare schemes.

The minister said Shaadi Mubarak and Kalyana Lakshmi are two prominent people’s welfare schemes launched by the TRS government in the state to help poor parents marry their daughters.

Reddy spoke on the occasion of the distribution of checks to the beneficiaries under the Shaadi Mubarak and Kalyana Lakshmi schemes in the Maheshwaram area of ​​the Jalpally Municipality.

“Despite the economic situation in the state, these people-friendly schemes will not be stopped,” the minister reiterated.

The state government led by K Chandrashekhar Rao has launched Shaadi Mubarak and Kalyana Laxmi schemes to stop child marriages and provide financial assistance to poor parents to marry their daughters when they are legally married.
