Nah it was a term long before ER on ******* forums which he frequented.

I remember lurking that forum about a month before the ER debacle and thinking to myself the next mass shooter would come from there. Even before ER they were hyping up some autist who killed 3 people.

Searching around on Google just now it seems like he was the first one to use it in the sexual context to denote a high SMV male.

The Chicago "Chad" was referring to black males or single guys in general and not the same. Also ER was all the way out in California so I doubt obscure Chicago slang influenced him.

Besides I think he was the one who really pushed the term out.
