    It appears India Inc is in a dilemma. It can’t perpetually ignore an important market in the east which is located close to raw materials, be it coal or iron ore, and which houses a huge talent pool of human resources. So what does corporate India expect from the newly installed government in the state?

    Voters in West Bengal have given Mamata Banerjee yet another mammoth mandate. After a tumultuous and somewhat tedious election campaign followed by sporadic post-poll political violence, the dust has settled. On Wednesday, Banerjee took oath as chief minister for the third consecutive term, giving continuity to the policies she has been pursuing for a decade.
