just got a gym membership, use to fuk around liftin but never stayed with a routine consistently..
im not completely outta shape, i do pullups/dips and jog, not overweight.
im thinkin with my work schedule id just like to lift only on monday, wednesday and fridays for sure.. then on the other days minus 1 full recovery day do running and optional cycling, swimmin, calisthenics, foam rolling/stretching..etc
Not sure whats the best way to do it, im sure i want to work each muscle group twice a week at least not once. Want it to be simple enough I dont gotta do a dozen diff lifts though cuz I need a lot of recovery time between sets with my fitness and age (30) lol...
