The Union Health Ministry has made a big change in the National Policy regarding the admission of patients of Corona to the hospital. Until now, the Kovid Positive Report was mandatory for admitting in hospitals. As part of the new changes, compulsory reporting has been done away with. Due to this many times, patients had to face a lot of trouble. Many patients died due to this. The Union Health Ministry has directed the Chief Secretary of the States and Union Territories in this regard. Accordingly, the new policy should be implemented within 3 days.
Under this policy, such suspected patients will be able to get admission in suspected wards. This includes the Covid Care Center, the fully dedicated Covid Care Center, and the Covid Hospital. Also, it has been made clear in the new policy that patients cannot be denied based on which state they are from. Any patient can be admitted anywhere.

Health Ministry has also issued guidelines to vaccinate people who do not have any identity card. Accordingly, such people will be registered in the Kovin app and special sessions will be organized for their vaccinations. It will be the responsibility of the district administration to identify these people.
According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, in the event of a stay in home isolation for 10 days and fever for three consecutive days, patients can come out of home isolation and there is no need for testing at that time. According to the guidelines, the case of the patient should be decided by the health officer with a mild or non-symptomatic case. In such a case, the self-isolation of the patient should be arranged at their home. The oxygen saturation of such patients living in the room should be more than 94 percent and there should also be a better arrangement of ventilation.
