Im 17yo, and Im gonna try Smolov squat next week. Do you think I should do Smolov JR or normal 13 week Smolov? I have been training for like 2.5 years, my squat 1rm is like 135KG .
Also, in the Smolov calculator, what does Increment mean and what should I put there and what should I put at rounding?
Also, at the place that I put my 1RM, do I need to replace it with my new 1rm? Like for example, when I hit 140kg do I need to put 140kg or do i keep 135kg?
