General Tips
1) Try to keep the "diet" from Monday to Friday, but beware of weekend excesses. Eat “everything”, but take care of the quantities.
2) When you feel like nibbling: First drink 1 glass of water, then choose: Diet / light gelatin or diet cappuccino or tea or dried fruit, coconut water or diet / light soda or diet / light soft drink.
3) Foods that can be consumed free: Tea or coffee (with sweetener), coconut water, diet / light soda, lemonade (with sweetener), diet / light gelatin, melon or watermelon juice (without sugar) and vegetables.
