TS BIE requests applications for extension of the provisional affiliation

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TS BIE) on Friday invited online applications from existing junior college management (including composite colleges) for the extension of the provisional affiliation, including the sanction of additional sections for the 2021-22 academic year.

Proposals for the approval of additional sections without providing for accommodation will be summarily rejected as necessary, the Council said in a press release. Management has been asked to ensure that all required documents are attached.

The Council has informed the colleges that before the start of the academic year 2021-22 it will announce the list of affiliated private junior colleges to students and parent community so that they have time to inquire and confirm whether the college ‘ have a commitment.

The university managements can upload applications online via the official website of the TS BIE www.tsbie.cgg.gov.in without a late amount from 12 to 24 May. At a late amount of Rs.1,000 and Rs.3,000, applications can be uploaded until 31 May and 7 June respectively. Management can apply until 14 and 21 June at a late amount of R5,000 and R10,000. The applications are also accepted at a late amount of Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000 until 28 June and 5 July respectively

At the request of the TPJMA, Minister of Education, P Sabitha Indra Reddy, did not increase the tariff for the academic year 2020-21 and agreed to implement it from the academic year 2021-22. The details regarding affiliation, inspection and application fees are available in the online application form, it added.
