A new report has named Fujitsu Australia as a Leader in two categories. The new report picked Fujitsu, citing it has “strong market position, provides strategic impulses to the market, and ensures innovative strength and stability.”

Fujitsu Australia has been recognised as a Leader in two categories in the ISG Provider Lens–Microsoft Ecosystem–Australia 2021 report: Managed Services for Azure and Office 365–Modern Workplace. In the same report, Fujitsu Australia was also named as a Contender in the Dynamics 365 category, reinforcing Fujitsu’s strong performance as a Microsoft partner.

The ISG Provider Lens–Microsoft Ecosystem–Australia 2021 report focuses on the Microsoft ecosystem in Australia. It compares provider strengths, challenges, and competitive differentiators.

Category Leaders were selected because they “have an attractive product and service offering and a strong market and competitive position; they fulfil all requirements for successful market cultivation. They can be regarded as opinion leaders, providing strategic impulses to the market. They also ensure innovative strength and stability,” according to the ISG Provider Lens report.

Nick Herbert, Head of Portfolio, Applications and Multi-Cloud, Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand, notes, “Fujitsu delivers industry-leading, cloud-native professional and managed services within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem. Fujitsu helps to ensure customers are set up with the most appropriate cloud foundations to power their adaptive enterprise. Being recognised by ISG as a Leader in this field is a further example of Fujitsu’s strength as a strategic Microsoft partner and services integrator.”

“This recognition underlines the experience, integrity, and commitment that Fujitsu’s cloud service managers, cloud architects and cloud engineers have demonstrated to accelerate our customers’ enterprise transformation initiatives with Microsoft Azure”, he adds.

“We have deep capabilities in DevOps, cloud-native applications and data, all of which are essential ingredients in any digital transformation agenda. Fujitsu believes that leveraging the power of the Microsoft Azure platform helps organisations deliver new customer experiences, gain insights from organisational data, and build a foundation for enterprise adaptability”, he claims.

Fujitsu was also recognised as a “Leader in the Office 365–Modern Workplace category based on the work and vision Fujitsu has for its customers, assisting them to maximise their investments in Microsoft technologies around workspace innovation and employee experience.”

Sundar Viswanathan, Head of Portfolio, Workforce and Workspace Services, Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand, “believes that ISG recognised Fujitsu’s focus on a great employee experience. We see this as a route to drive a productive and adaptive workforce as part of a workplace transformation. Our global Fujitsu Work Life Shift portfolio seeks to address this market need, with a global campaign underlining this commitment—and we are receiving positive feedback from our customers.”

Viswanathan concludes: “Fujitsu already serves more than 200 organisations in the region, including some of our most iconic brands and millions of workers globally. We anticipate rapid growth in the workspace transformation segment and our Work Life Shift portfolio is evolving to our meet customers’ needs. Through our advisory services, we focus on customers’ business outcomes, rather than only service level agreements and cost reductions.”
