Weight Loss. Rutabaga + veggie chopper = good idea?

I'm running out of ideas for weight loss. So rutabaga. To you guys who have used a veggie chopper, do you think chopping rutabaga in such would work well?

    Such as this one
    https://www.amazon.com/Mueller-Austr...dp/B08N9Q24M9/

If it works I could store such in the fridge, and just eat whenever hungry.

Running out of ideas, I've tried to lose weight for long, but not succeeding much.

Before I would just drink sugar free soda, but my teeth can't handle that more.
I used to go with carrots, whenever I wanted to lose weight. Worked wonders, but there's a limit to how much you can eat.

Rutabaga is kinda like carrots, only less palatable. But in order to eat it regularly it has to be super quick to prepare. So whether or not running rutabaga through such a chopper would work well, really that's the question. Never tried such choppers before.

just eat balanced and filling meals and stay in a caloric deficit. you don't just run out of ideas, all you need to do is make sure you're taking in less calories than you're burning. you shouldn't try to lose weight just by eating one thing (hope i misunderstood that part)

If you take hunger out of the equation, that's easy.

What usually sends me way over the TDEE is what I eat when hungry and need something fast. Oats and skimmed milk. Very calorie rich.

So. Carrots score high on the satiety index and are great for eaten to stop hunger. I'm looking for something to replace that.
