Hampton Roads leaders make the case for infrastructure needs in visit with Sen. Mark Warner

Warner sat down with the regional leaders Friday morning at the Virginia International Gateway in Portsmouth for a wide-ranging discussion that touched on expansion of the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, Interstate 64, public transit offerings, shipbuilding, offshore wind, broadband and cargo going through the port.
