Covid-19 patients in home isolation to get Ayush kits: Haryana minister

CHANDIGARH: As the count of Covid-19 patients in home isolation crossed one lakh-mark on Friday, the health department decided to provide them Ayush kits worth Rs 5,000.
State health minister Anil Vij said that the Health and AYUSH Department has prepared a kit for Covid patients. This kit contains 15 items, including allopathic and ayurvedic medicines, an oximeter, a digital thermometer, a steamer, three-layer masks, Ayush kwath, Giloy Ghanvati, Anu oil, ORS and a booklet with complete information related to Covid-19.
Vij said the Ayush kits will be made available free of cost to all the Covid-19 patients under home isolation.
For the systematic treatment of these patients, the health department will carry out door-to-door delivery of the kits across the state.
