Guidelines were released on 29 April
VK Paul said, "When the virus infection increases, there are many restrictions to break the chain and a guideline has already been issued on 29 April. Under this, states were told that we have to stop transmission and impose night curfew in areas where the infection rate is more than 10 percent. With this, social, religious, political, sports programs are banned. On the other hand, cinema houses, shopping complexes, bars, restaurants, swimming pools, sports complexes, religious places, etc. have been directed to be closed.
