before you ask my T levels are fine, I just woke up with a rock hard erection so i should be ok.
I eat healthy the majority of the time. I exercise, with cardio three times a week and weight training four times a week. I have a job, a roof over my head, food water, live in a good area free of crime.
But i'm just so depressed. Can ugliness cause depression? I'm ugly.

It's because you are doing things like fapping and miscing too much and drinking too much caffeine or alcohol and not reconnecting with nature.
This is a huge problem right now in the west. Our way of living isn't natural at all. We need friends and family. And we need to be outside doing things.PC specs
