Khloé Kardashian sold her Calabasas home she'd first bought from Justin Bieber in November for $15.5 million (R223 million), but it's nothing compared to the money she and mom Kris Jenner just dropped on their side-by-side mansions.
Their new homes, which is still under construction in the Hidden Hills located in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley, totals 26 000 combined square footage. According to E! News, the mom and daughter paid a combined – wait for it – $37 million (R532 million) for the two properties!
Kris' new home went for $20 million (R287 million), while Khloe's $17 million (R244 million).
But we're sure the Good American co-founder's new home will be even more of a palace than her previous, boasting eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and overlooking Malibu Canyon.
