Hitting out at the two leaders, Tathagata Roy said their poor decisions, especially in selection of candidates, were responsible for the BJP's poll debacle in West Bengal.
"Kailash-Dilip-Shiv-Arvind (KDSA) foursome have dragged names of our respected Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) and Home Minister (Amit Shah) through mud and have sullied the name of the biggest political party in the world. Sitting atop Agarwal Bhavan of Hastings (Bengal BJP's election headquarter) and 7-star hotels, they have distributed tickets to incoming garbage from Trinamool Congress," Tathagata Roy tweeted.

He added that now that these leaders are "faced with abuse from party workers", they are hoping that the storm will blow over.
Speaking to India Today TV, Tathagata Roy said the BJP's central leadership had asked him to come to Delhi at the earliest, but he has postponed his visit after testing positive for Covid-19.
Asked about his comments on Dilip Ghosh and Kailash Vijayvargiya, he said he stands by what he tweeted.
"Extremely wrong decisions were taken here, especially with candidate selection. It was not just wrong candidate selection, but it was totally insensitive towards the Bengali culture," Tathagata Roy said.
On a question whether there should be a change in the state BJP leadership, he said that is something for the central leadership to decide.
