The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net seller in equity segment, while net buyer in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5379.06 crore against gross selling of Rs 5836.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 457.54 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 311.25 crore with gross sales of Rs 290.22 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 21.03 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 0.67 crore against gross selling of Rs 244.17 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 243.50 crore in hybrid segment.
