Is 167g protein enough for me losing weight (new to strength training)
Basically my diet is 167g protein and that’s all I track really calories are 1,900
I’m 6”0
197lbs
23 y.o
Currently running fierce 5 as I was told it’s one of the good ones for beginners
Looking to get down to 175lbs I’m wondering I have this protein intake will i still recomp if you will or gain a little muscle along the way as I get leaner? Just don’t want to end up looking like a stick so just want to make sure
