Actor Harshvardhan Rane has sold off his bike in Hyderabad and got some oxygen concentrators in return. The actor had put his bike on sale to get some money to help those in need amid the COVID-19 crisis in India. Updating everyone, Harshvardhan took to his Instagram stories along with a picture of his bike with 'sold' written on it. Underneath it, he wrote, 'Good news! Thanks to your swift help and prompt offers on Instagram. 3 oxygen concentrators have reached Hyderabad. Few more expected soon. Ps- I wouldn’t have been able to do without Instagram and your quick support.' Earlier, doing his bit to help out people amid the second wave of COVID-19 in India, the actor had put his bike up on sale to raise funds for oxygen supplies. He took to his Instagram stories to share a picture of one of his prized possessions and wrote, 'Giving my motorcycle away in exchange of oxygen concentrators, which will go to the needy. Please help me find good concentrators in Hyderabad…'. The actor, who predominantly works in the Telugu film industry has also been a part of several Hindi films. Harshvardhan loves exploring new places and his social media account is proof of this. Usually, his preferred mode of transportation for such adventures are his bikes. He seems to love sports bikes and often poses with them for pictures, as is evident in his social media uploads. Earlier in January, he had shared a picture of his dream bike on Instagram, proudly posing by it. It reportedly costs approximately Rs 16 lakhs. The fact that he is obsessed with bikes and that he volunteered to sell one from his collection, for the greater good is indeed commendable. India is presently facing a surge of COVID infections and deaths, with people dying outside packed hospitals, massive shortages of hospital beds, ventilators, oxygen cylinders, and other COVID resources.
