Nonessential amino acids include: alanine, arginine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamic acid, glutamine, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine.
Taking Alanine as an example. The formulation is C3 H7 NO2, typically found in meat and poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products. Some protein-rich plant foods also supply alanine. Most of the other aminos are found in similar foods AFAIK.
Bottom line: eat food
