    Bicep size and height?

    My bicep is only 13 inches when flexed, I'm a 5'5 manlet too at 21% bf. What is the ideal bicep size? I checked on a calc the max bicep size I could get and it said some chit like 16 inches only. I read that dudes have 16+inch biceps and stuff, how come they have way bigger biceps?
    Wrists are 6 inches btw lol

    don’t remember exactly, didn’t really keep track when first started lifting, but they were probably that size after first couple years of lifting srsly and pretty much stuck at that size ever since then
