I've noticed almost all employees in stores and businesses appear to be in their late 30's or older
Even jobs typically done by younger people (barista, grocery store) there seems to be more older people than before

They've been indoctrinated by leftist bull****. "Muh Patriarchy" is oppressing you and you can't get ahead, so why try? Patriarchy is just Commie-jargon for Capitalism.

I think they just have zero discipline. Started when kids stopped going outside, then getting fat. Public shame is gone, so people just don't care. Add in the greed of Global corporations ad the decline of wagecel life, and it's easy to see why things are like this.
50 years ago, a wagecel could support his family with a high school diploma, and housing was affordable. Today you can have a couple with degrees, and its still a struggle. Office life is filled with PC **** to the point you can't interact with anyone. Commutes are filled with traffic do to too many people. Part of me doens't blame the younger generation cause things will still be crap for them when they get back to work.6'3 Master Race
