Amid rumours of Lucky Ali’s death due to Covid-19, veteran actress Nafisa Ali clarified that the singer is in good health and is currently in his Bengaluru farmhouse with his family. Nafisa Ali tweeted that she talked to the singer on Tuesday afternoon, May 4, and he was fine.
Twitter was flooded with condolence messages after rumours of Lucky Ali’s death started doing rounds on Twitter around Tuesday evening.
Replying to one of the on one of the condolence tweets for Lucky Ali, Nafisa Ali wrote late Tuesday night, Lucky is totally well and we were chatting this afternoon. He is on his farm with his family. No Covid. In good health.
Speaking to a leading daily, Nafisa Ali said Lucky Ali has not been diagnosed with Covid-19 and he is in good health and currently staying in Bengaluru with his family. She said she talked to Lucky Ali two-three times today. He is fine. He does not have Covid-19. In fact, he has antibodies. He is busy planning his music and concerts. They both talked about virtual concerts happening and all such things. He is on his farm in Bengaluru and his family is there with him. Everybody is fine, she added.
Lucky, a pop star in the 90s, returned to the limelight last year when a video of him singing one of his popular romantic numbers, O Sanam in Goa went viral.

Recently, Lucky Ali released his multi-lingual single Amaraya in collaboration with Israeli musician Eliezer Botzer. This was their second collaboration.
