The Honest Co., founded by actress Jessica Alba, priced its initial public offering at $16 a share late Tuesday, near the top of its range.
The consumer-products company will offer about 25.8 million shares to raise about $413 million. The Honest Co. has a valuation around $1.45 billion.
It is expected to begin trading Wednesday on the Nasdaq under the ticker “HNST.”
On Monday, the company announced an expected price range of $14 to $17 a share.
Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan and Jefferies are the lead underwriters.
