    Just got one of those pullcord salad choppers

    It absolutely reks salad and veg to the point where its rice size.
    Trying to eat healthier. Can anyone recommend some good recipes for salads or anything else I can shred up? At the moment I'm doing spinach, one red onion and one red pepper chopped up, pretty nice

    Why do you need to eat salads to "shred up"?

    I never eat salads.

    You weighing out every gram of food you eat, including dressings/seasonings and whatnot? Counting that chit accurately every day?
    Do you even know what your maintenance calories are right now? How much you should be eating on a cut?

    I had pizza for lunch today, french toast for dinner last night... pasta for lunch yesterday. And I'm an old fuk, still looking pretty good and fuk salads.

    Brussel sprouts are a great building block for a salad, especially when chopped/shredded. Would work well in that salad to get some cruciferous vegetables in.

    You're overthinking it brah, I just genuinely enjoy salads I just never could be bothered before I got the chopper. Goes great with steak, or tuna salad, or whatever. Freshens up a meal, with the side benefit of providing nutrients.
