A case was filed against anjali, nivetha thomas, ananya pandey in the movie after they were harassed and they were considered as prostitutes in the movie. A phone number was shared in this process on the screen mentioning them as prostitutes. However, the phone number mentioned on the screen in the movie is the phone number of a person. sudhakar even filed a complaint regarding this issue in Punjagutta police station.

sudhakar had been receiving hundreds of phone calls asking for prostitute girls. He also mentioned that it was very appropriate to put this number on the screen without his permission. He wanted to file a lawsuit against the director and producer. Also, he mentioned that his bank, google pay, PAN and aadhar card are all linked to the same phone number. He also approached the court of law for obtaining justice.
