Hyderabad: The second wave of highly contagious COVID-19 has devastated many families with many patients affected by the disease making hospital visits.
Many patients visit King Koti Hospital with breathing problems because their oxygen levels drop. As there is a shortage of beds in the hospital, most patients are seen lying on the floor of the hospitals waiting for any bed to be evacuated.
An old lady affected by the COVID-19 King Koti Hospital reached, was lying on the floor of the hospital with no beds available. Her son appealed to the doctors and hospital management that his mother fight for her life. Please arrange a bed for her. The hospital management explained that they are willing to do the treatment but there is no bed empty.
With the deadly second wave of coronavirus hitting the state, there was a huge increase in the number of deaths and patients.
Oddly enough, since last week the number covid-19 tests have decreased, but the number of cases and deaths due to COVID-19 increased.
