NSE-BSE bulk deals: True North Fund sells stake in Magma Fincorp

MUMBAI: True North Fund V sold 23.2 million shares of at Rs 111.1 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.

In another transaction, Kuwait Investment Authority bought 1.79 million shares of Magma Fincorp at Rs 111 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.

Similarly, Nippon India Mutual Fund bought 5 million shares of the company at Rs 111 apiece, while Aditya Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund bought 4.25 million shares of Magma Fincorp at the same price.

Shares of Magma Fincorp ended 5 per cent higher at Rs 122.6 on the National Stock Exchange.
