Is there any bluetooth device that can function both as a bluetooth dongle (to pair devices with my pc) as well as a bluetooth receiver (to play music wirelessly on my non-bluetooth speakers)?

Thanks, but can this be used as a USB dongle to connect other devices like keyboards, controllers to my PC?

Oh, Sorry. I read your requirement again.
No, I don't remember hearing about any device which works as a Bluetooth dongle and transmitter.
