Sudha Kongara is one of the famous lady director, who directed films with Madhavan, Venkatesh, Surya and many. Many people got astonished by looking at the talent she had. Recently she showed Surya in a very different and important role in the movie Aakasame Nee Haddura.

After many days she gave a blockbuster hit to Surya. Every one appreciated sudha Kongara for her success with the movie Aakasame Nee Haddura. But she didn’t get these chances that easily. She struggled a lot and worked very hard to reach this position.
 
Sudha Kongara even worked as an assistant director to compete with her male competitors. She mainly worked as assistant director near Mani Ratnam.   She in a recent interview said about the difficulties which females used to face in the sets in the past. Generally there will be nearly 200 members in the sets and it would be a difficult task to provide toilets for all. In that giving equal priority to females is even more difficult.

She also said that in those days there are were not even toilets and there is no way to arrange them. Those days were not at all comfortable for females.
