The Champions League final could be an all-English affair this season, with Manchester City and Chelsea both taking an advantage in the second legs against Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid respectively.
In the competition's history, only once has European soccer's biggest prize being contested by two English teams—Manchester United defeated Chelsea on penalties in 2008—but the Premier League could have two representatives in the final later this month.
City, the Premier League-champions elect, hosts PSG on Tuesday after winning 2-1 in Paris last week, while Chelsea welcomes Real Madrid on Wednesday after returning from Spain with a valuable 1-1 draw a week ago.

Who has the advantage after the first legs?
Manchester City and, albeit to a lesser extent, Chelsea. Last week, City came from behind to win 2-1 in Paris thanks to goals from Kevin DeBruyne and Riyad Mahrez and is now 90 minutes away from reaching the Champions League final for the first time in its history.
The Premier League champions-elect have been dominant throughout the season, but performances at home in the Champions League have been particularly impressive. City has won each of the four games in the competition played at the Etihad this season, scoring 11 goals and conceding just once. PSG, however, can find solace in its form on the road, as it has already won in Barcelona and Munich in the round of 16 and the quarterfinals, thrashing Barcelona 4-1 and defeating Bayern 3-2. In fact, the Parisians, have already won in Manchester this season, beating United 3-1 in the group stages. A repeat of that scoreline on Tuesday would seem them progress.
Chelsea, meanwhile, returned from Madrid with a valuable 1-1 draw courtesy of Christian Pulisic's first-half goal and a goalless draw would be enough for the Blues to reach a first Champions League final since they lifted the trophy in Munich in 2012. Chelsea has won just twice in four Champions League games at home this season, but has kept a clean sheet in three of them. Real, meanwhile, won its last Champions League semifinal game played away from home, defeating Bayern 2-1 in Munich in 2018.

When is the Champions League final?
European club soccer's biggest game will take place on May 29 at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul. The venue previously hosted the Champions League final in 2005, when Liverpool famously overturned a 3-0 deficit at half-time to defeat A.C. Milan on penalties.

Unsurprisingly given the outcome of the first leg, bookmakers expect both Manchester City and Chelsea to progress to the final. William Hill has City as 1-7 to qualify for the final, while Chelsea is 8-15 to progress.
City is 8-11 to win the trophy, while Chelsea is second-favorite at 7-2. Real Madrid and PSG, meanwhile, are 5-1 and 10-1 outsiders respectively.
