I've been experimenting a lot this cut cycle and it's been paying off. It's like a puzzle I need to solve every day and I'm constantly challenging myself to create interesting and delicious recipes while respecting my macro breakdown.
This is something I've been wanting to make for a very long time. I have never made a cheesecake before and I really don't ever bake, but this turned out better than expected. I consulted about a dozen recipes and came up with my own.
To the best of my recollection, here was my breakdown of ingredients:
Crust:
oats ground into flour
butter
cocoa powder
cinnamon powder
egg
Filling:
plain cottage cheese
plain greek yogurt
cookies n cream whey protein
vanilla extract
cinnamon powder
egg
almond milk
fresh raspberries crushed and swirled in before baking, more on top when serving
I'm splitting it into 4 portions to be eaten across 4 days. Today is day 2. It's really amazing after having set properly in the fridge overnight. The macro breakdown per portion is 10/30/30, totalling 220 calories per portion.
Does anyone make any incredible cut-appropriate foods like this? I'd be really interested in creating other things as well. Whey protein is incredibly versatile when you think outside the box.
If I remade this, I'd omit making the crust and I would melt and drip 90% dark chocolate on top so it forms a nice hard chocolate crust when it sets in the fridge.
So thick, so dense, so piss.

Going to edit the OP with info from my notes in a notebook, so proceed with slight caution as they may not be 100% accurate.

Keeps giving me an error when I edit the OP, so here's the recipe from my notes for my boyos:
120z cottage cheese
10oz plain greek yogurt
2 scoops cookies n cream whey (use any whey, really)
1/4 cup almond milk
2 eggs
1 tspn vanilla extract
some cinnamon powder
fresh raspberries swirled in (blueberries would be amazing)
My crust wasn't very good and I wouldn't make it again, but the filling itself is intense.
Dump in one of those circular 6" cake pans. Oven at 350, bake for 30min. I then decreased the oven to 200 and baked for another 40 min or so. I wanted it to be cooked so I didn't end up disappointed at a potentially soupy mess. It's good, though.
Check one of the buff dudes videos on a protein cheesecake. My process was similar.
