    Help reformatting macbook pro

    So I come from windows background. I bought a macbook pro off marketplace, however I keep getting device enrollment notification from a company name which Im assuming where the laptop originally came from?
    My question is, can I download or torrent the Catalina os 10.15.7 and boot it on a usb and completely wipe the macbook like on windows?
