This is in continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20171110-23 dated 10th November, 2017, Exchange Notice No. 20170615-6 dated 15^th June, 2017 and Exchange Notice No. 20170725-4 dated 25^th July, 2017, informing therein the Record date fixed on 15/11/2017, 29/06/2017 and 08/08/2017 by Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited. for the purpose of Exercise of Put Option for scrip code 954058, 954185 and 954231 respectively.

The Company has now informed that no Put Option has been exercised by the debenture holders on aforesaid Debentures of the company.

Further, the company has now requested to revoke the suspension of the aforesaid debentures.

In view of the above, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the dealing in the below mentioned Debentures shall be resumed on the Exchange w.e.f. May 04, 2021, (DR-023/2021-2022) :
