Hyundai launched the all-new Creta in the market last year and it quickly became popular among buyers. It is now the best selling mid-size SUV in the segment. Hyundai Creta competes with cars like Kia Seltos, MG Hector, Tata Harrier in the segment. Hyundai Creta is now a very popular SUV in the segment and is one of those SUVs that people like to modify. Ever since the new-gen Creta has launched in the market, we have seen several modified versions online. Here we have another modification video of Hyundia Creta were a base E variant is modified to look like a top-end SX(O) trim.

The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. The video starts by showing the modifications at the front. The base variant comes with single projector headlamps with thin LED DRLs. These have been replaced with tri-beam LED projector headlamps and thicker DRLs. The front grille has been replaced with a higher variant unit. The base variant does no come with fog lamps. They installed Hyundai’s original fog lamps are air ducts next to it.

They have also installed a diffuser at the front for bumper protection. Moving to the side profile, it gets a chrome window garnish, chrome door handles and rain visors. It also gets Hyundai genuine roof rails, shark fin antenna and auto folding ORVMs. There is small chrome garnish on the fender as well. The steel rims have been replaced with Hyundai’s genuine 17 inch dual tone alloy wheels. This Creta also gets high infrared heat rejection clear film on it.

At the rear, just like the headlights, the tail lights are also replaced with higher trims units. A LED reflector light is installed on the bumper and there is a diffuser with faux dual exhaust tips in it. On the inside, the stock seat covers have been replaced for ultra soft seat covers that fit perfectly. The inner door handles are from higher variants and it also gets a sunglass holder, multi-function steering wheel with dual tone steering cover on it. The cruise control has also been activated on this base variant Creta.

An aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system has been installed which supports Apple CarPlay. Other than this, it gets floor mats, illuminated scuff plates and all the doors on this Creta get damping. It is also installed with speakers and tweeters for a better audio experience. One of the other modification done on this Hyundai Creta is the 360 degree camera. The feed is shown in the touchscreen infotainment screen only.

Overall, the work done on this Hyundai Creta looks pretty neat and people might have a hard time figuring out which trim it actually is. Hyundai Creta is available with three engine options. There is a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that is offered with manual and CVT gearbox option. The 1.5 litre turbo diesel comes with manual and 6-speed automatic transmission. The most powerful version of Creta is the 1.4 litre turbo petrol engine which is available with a DCT gearbox only.
