Hyderabad: Congress party MP A. Revanth Reddy said today that the party will visit the controversial endowment lands of the town of Shameerpet, Devaramjal, along with the activists of all civic organizations.
He also said he would lodge a complaint about the corruption of CM KCR with Interior Minister G. Kishan Reddy. He claims that several people kept the donations as security at banks, and that they earned money.
He asked the state government to order a CBI investigation into the controversial land issue over the acquisition of the loans.
Revanth Reddy claims that Minister KTR and managing director of a popular newspaper Damodar Rao owned land in the 437 survey that was on the banned list.
He claims that the Namaste Telangana publications have 2.8 hectares of land in the same controversial lands, adding that the daily newspaper is published from the same premises.
He demanded from the state government to disclose the details of the lands occupied by Namaste Telangana in the disputed lands. He demanded that the committee set up by the state government should also disclose the name of the publication Namaste Telangana
