Atul Gaur Elevated As Regional HR, L’Oreal, Director, Consumer Products

Prior to this, Gaur had been serving as HR director – Singapore, Malaysia & ASEAN E-commerce project for 3 years, based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

According to various media publications, Atul Gaur has been elevated to a new responsibility as HR director, consumer products, at L’Oreal. In his new role, he will head HR for L’Oreal’s consumer products division, digital & e-commerce for South APAC and MENA region and will be based out of Singapore. 

Gaur joined L'Oreal in 2016, as HR chief – Singapore Hub. After eighteen months, he was raised to the situation of gathering head of HR, for Malaysia, Singapore Regional Hub, and ASEAN E-business Acceleration. 

A postgraduate in HR and hierarchical advancement from the Delhi School of Economics, Gaur started his vocation with PwC India in 2005, as expert – HR and change the board practice. During his five-year long residency there, he took care of culture building and change the board, arrangement of HR and the executives measures, ability the board (various and repeating tasks), just as association plan and improvement, and creating job clearness. 

In May 2007, he joined Diageo, as ranking director – ability and OD. In this part, for a very long time he drove extensive deals change projects including full-scale association configuration change, resourcing for new construction (65% recently added team members), outplacements, nitty gritty business progress plan, and capacity change plan. In 2010, he was elevated to the situation of territorial HR colleague – Asia Pacific and SEA. In under three years, he proceeded to become HR chief – Singapore Hub (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia). The last position he held prior to leaving Diageo in 2016 — after a nine and a half-year long fruitful residency — was that of HR chief – worldwide travel retail and Middle East.This commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce is appreciated for coming up with fresh ideas and for his infectious energy. With his 15 years of experience in local, regional and global roles across developing and developed markets, he will continue to be an asset for L’Oreal.
