My whole diet is on point, 2200 calories and Im not even losing 1lb a week. I feel its this milk and its caloric content. The label says 100/150 calories but it has to be probably double that. This is the only thing I eat that Im not 100% sure, everything else are chicken, eggs, oats, cereal, steak, etc and I even weigh it.
Anyone drink this and had success cutting?
