This stemmed when I was in highschool I would punch the **** out of my door or the wall. Now that I'm older when I get an argument with my parents over the phone I just austimo just start beating my own head with my fists. Inb4 that holiday worker started doing it and ya'll just saying im capping. Obviously I get sad and guilty afterwards and want to apologize to parents afterwards but idk man.
Sometimes I wish someone just beats my head to death and I dont wake up. Its fuking sad boyos. I try to turn my anger into positive things like the gym but I didn't go to gym yet and I think that is why I exploded earlier.
Have people seen a professional to deal with their anger/emotional problems? Im sitting here just crying like a bitch while wanting to tear everything apart in this bitch.

I know this is the misc and wouldn't get many serious responses but seeing this gif over and over just makes me more sad. Because I literally just felt these series of emotions not 20 min ago. I'm going to the gym even though now I feel drained. Maybe there will be some helpful responses when I check on mobile, wont be able to respond though.
