All three political fronts in the state, CPM-led Left Democratic Front (LDF), Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) and the BJP-led national democratic alliance (NDA), are confident of a victory in kerala state. Exit polls of local and national television networks have predicted unanimously that the LDF will be re-elected with varying degrees of margins.

In kerala state, the Left Democratic Front (LDF) is seeking to break the state's four-decade-old trend of swinging between the communists and the Congress-led United Democratic Front but the bjp, which had one seat in 2016, is confident of bagging more seats this time. The ruling LDF maintained its lead in 89 of the 140 assembly constituencies in kerala while the opposition UDF was ahead in 45 segments, as per trends so far.

This is a significant victory as in past 40 years no government was re-elected for a 2nd successive term. This shows people of kerala have appreciated performance of pinarayi vijayan government, the way it tackled floods, COVID and pro-people development. Stay tuned for kerala election result counting.
