You can only get away with being a dickhead if you're attractive. Attractive dudes have attractive girlfriends (aka being a dick doesn't have much to do with it). I promise you, OP, as somebody who is probably above average looking, but definitely doesn't have anywhere near head turner/attention grabbing looks, that if I were poorly mannered, no woman would put up with it. If you're attractive, you can get away with a lot more than someone who is less attractive - that's just life.
