Hey guys, hope everyone is well during these crazy times.
I recently started weightlifting. I lift 2 times a week and do cardio and circuit training the other 3 days. I rest on the weekends. What do you guys think of my progress? Grey tshirt is from 1 month ago after a home workout, the white t shirt is from yesterday night. I didn't workout, but I took some pics. The one where my chest looks like a set of bongo drums is from after a workout earlier this week, had a great pump.
I'm 5'10.5 and 224, I want to slim down, out on some muscle and just have a healthier lifestyle. I was 229 a month ago. Thanks for the feedback in advance.
