I’m about two weeks into my cut and I’ve been have diarrhea for the past week bad. I’m drinking more water than usual (I usually only drink 40-50oz a day terrible I know I just don’t get thirsty) so I’ve been conscious about drinking 70-120oz a day usually hit about 80-90 on average. My TDEE is 1560, and I’m fuming about 45 minutes a day with a job where I’m walking for about 5 hours average serving tables. I’m eating around 1300 but I usually go over about 100? Since I’m in the gym and walking so much. My carbs are around 100, my protein 140, and my fats 54. Unsure why this is happening. My nutritionist when I had one adjusted my carbs from 120-100 when I was maintaining and not losing and it helped a lot. This is my first cut. I’ve seen some posts about fiber I’d guess I’m getting around 10-15g a day? Approx? Sometimes more depending on the veggies I eat. Was wondering if I should try and up my carb intake or if anyone else has experienced this and may know a suggestion without ****ing with the cut too much, I’m pretty new to lifting and just got out of a bulking season, so I wanted to stick to a stick calorie deficit to see results.
